My favorite laundromat! I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The owner is awesome. One time the dryer took my money and he was there in the building and he gave her right back to dry my clothes! Today, in particular, my son, put a five dollar bill in the vending machine and forgot to get the change and he ( the owner) insisted on sending the lost money! It’s always clean and the staff is even better!
We were in dire need of a laundromat today. We were lucky enough to find Aurora Road Laundromat. The machines are well maintained and exceptionally clean as well as the whole facility. The attendant was professional, polite and always working to improve the laundromat. It was by far, the best laundromat we have been to, ever. Well done. As our travels brings us back to Cleveland, we will definitely utilize your facility.
This was my first time using this laundromat and it was a great experience. The facility was very clean, the machines were huge, and I was able to wash and dry my comforters in no time. I totally recommend this place!
If I could give this laundry mat 20 stars 💫 I would. I live in Euclid and I drive all the way to Bedford to do my laundry at Aurora Road Laundromat. I've been coming to this laundromat for about 2 years and I love how it's always clean and the owner is extremely friendly and pleasant. He recently upgraded his machines and I only use the app to add money to my account. I did not realize that right now dryers you need quarters. I called the owner and he was so apologetic that he turned the dryers on for me from his office. The owner and attendant are incredible and always provide great customer service. If you're looking for a clean and updated washing machine and dryers this is a great laundromat. Thank you for the great customer service and clean laundromat!!!
I appreciate coming here each month and it's clean, the washer and dryers are ALWAYS working, plus the new upgrades are fantastic...I'm a huge fan of the Tuesday/Wednesday Free Dry. Thanks for being a real benefit to the communities.
