The Program
Aurora Road Laundromat operates a text messaging program for Aurora Road Laundromat (the “Program”). We send account and order notifications, pickup and delivery updates, loyalty and rewards messages, and occasional promotions from Aurora Road Laundromat.
How You Join and Consent
You join the Program by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages in store, on a printed or digital signup form, in our customer app, on our website, or by texting our published keyword to our number.
Marketing texts and account texts are separate consents, collected with separate checkboxes. Agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other, and you can give either one on its own. Both are optional.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again or by replying START.
